These are a few general suggestions I have.

I think it would be good if there was something you could do to defend or heal yourself when being attacked; maybe a block command to shield for the next hit or a healing item or movement so you run from one to another sector to get away.

Also other items like amulets with percentage gain/loss effects and others, all tradeable and only available to certain levels so you need to sell in the marketplace and can profit if you find one on an animal and sell it.

I'd like to expand this into the game, I have php development skills, or maybe into my own game. More info from synapz would be great.
