My idea for the UI

Please post what you think. Yes i know this is very rough around the edges it just did it real fast in PS (for some reason gimp 2.0 wasnt starting up...)

That's not a UI, that's a screenshot with a bunch of crosses on it.
I have no idea what you were going for, at all.

the idea of different divs/frames is a good one

- current stats & items
- chat
- everything else

or further divided still
