After killing another PC it indicates that I have gathered gold from their corpse, yet when I look at my inventory, the gold has not increased. Gold gathered from killing animals on the other hand is gathered. Seems like just a glitch.
I just noticed that when someone killed me while I was posting this, my gold did in fact go down by the specified amount. Hope that helps.

After testing, I saw no problem. Let me know if anyone else sees this.
